Registracioni pult će biti postavljen u Foajeu sa desne strane od ulaza u Madlenianum.
Bedževi
Svi registrovani učesnici će dobiti personalizovan bedž prilikom preuzimanja kongresnog materijala. Molimo sve registrovane učesnike i izlagače da nose svoj bedž pri svim kongresnim aktivnostima. Bedž se ne može preuzeti u nečije ime, niti koristiti od strane neke druge osobe, osim u svoje lično ime. Ukoliko ste sprečeni da prisustvujete Kongresu, imate mogućnost da pismenim putem obavestite Sekreterijat Kongresa i da svoju kotizaciju ustupite nekom od svojih kolega.
Izložba
Tokom Kongresa će se održati i komercijalna izložba proizvođača i distributera lekova i medicinske opreme.
Lanč paketi i kafe pauze
Lanč paketi, će biti posluženi svim registrovanim učesnicima za vreme pauze za ručak, prema satnici u finalnom programu. Kafa će se poslužiti u izložbenom prostoru u terminima naznačenim u programu.
WiFi
Besplatan WiFi je na raspolaganju svim učesnicima za vreme trajanja Kongresa.

Registration
Registration Desk will be in Foyer, on the right side of the entrance in Madlenianum.
Badge
All participants need to be registered in order to gain personalized badge and other congress material. All registered participants and exhibitors to wear their badge at all congress activities. The badge cannot be taken in someone's name or used by another person, except in their personal name. If you are prevented from attending Congress, you have the option to notify the Congress Secretariat in writing and transfer your registration to one of your colleagues.
Exhibition
During the Congress will be held a commercial exhibition of manufacturers and distributors of medicines and medical equipment.
Lunch boxes and Coffee break
Lunch boxes will be served to all registered participants during lunch break, according to schedule in the final program. Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
